We cooperate with reliable, professional global logistics carriers to deliver customer orders safely and stably. The specific shipping carrier will be arranged by our team according to the destination country, regional logistics conditions, and order product type to ensure safe and standard delivery.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping carriers and delivery methods without prior notice to adapt to logistics policy changes, regional transportation restrictions, and operational arrangements.

3. Shipping Fees & Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination, product weight, package size, and international logistics standards. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete payment. All shipping fees are final once the order is confirmed.

We occasionally launch official shipping discount activities, including free shipping offers for orders that meet the specified consumption threshold. All promotional shipping rules are subject to the activity instructions displayed on the website during the order period.

4. Customer Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid shipping information, including the full recipient name, detailed street address, apartment number, city, state, postal code, and valid contact phone number and email address. We will not be liable for undelivery, misdelivery, return of packages, or additional logistics costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid recipient information provided by customers.

Customers shall be responsible for timely receiving packages after the goods are delivered to the designated address. Any loss or additional fees caused by delayed pickup, abandoned packages, or wrong recipient arrangements shall be borne by the customer.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For all international cross-border orders, local customs inspection, import taxes, duties, and related handling fees may be charged according to the tariff policies and regulations of the destination country or region. All customs duties, import taxes, and additional administrative fees incurred during customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ZKZOOK is not responsible for customs clearance failures, package detention, fines, or return costs caused by local customs policies, customer personal reasons, or unprovided clearance documents. We will actively provide official order invoices and product information to assist customers with customs clearance upon request.

6. Shipment Exceptions & Force Majeure

We do not take responsibility for shipment delays, package detention, logistics suspension, or delivery failures caused by uncontrollable external factors, including but not limited to national policy adjustments, customs strict inspection, regional logistics suspension, bad weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, carrier operation failures, and other force majeure situations.

In the event of the above abnormal situations, we will update the latest logistics status in a timely manner and actively communicate with customers to coordinate follow-up solutions including order waiting, partial delivery, or reasonable cancellation.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once the package is successfully handed over to the official logistics carrier, the risk of loss and damage of the goods shall be transferred to the customer. If customers receive damaged, defective, missing, or wrong products, they shall contact our customer service team within the valid after-sales period and provide valid photos, videos, and logistics proof for verification.

We will verify each case strictly and provide compliant after-sales solutions such as reshipment, partial refund, or full refund for problems confirmed to be caused by our packaging errors or shipment faults.

8. Order Modification & Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched and shipped, address modification, recipient information change, order cancellation, and return requests are not supported. Customers are requested to confirm all order and shipping information carefully before completing payment. For special situations, you can contact our customer service team for assistance, but we do not guarantee successful modification or cancellation after shipment.
