Payment policy

This PayPal Payment Policy (“Policy”) supplements the ZKZOOK Terms of Service and applies to all transactions completed via PayPal payment methods on the official website https://zkzook.com (“the Site”). This policy clearly defines the payment rules, fees, currency conversion, order verification, dispute handling, chargeback, and refund regulations for customers who choose PayPal checkout. By selecting PayPal as your payment method, you fully agree to abide by all terms stated in this Policy.

1. General Payment Terms

ZKZOOK officially accepts PayPal as a secure and authorized payment method for global orders. Customers can complete payment via personal PayPal accounts, PayPal guest checkout, debit/credit card payments processed through PayPal, and other official PayPal payment channels.

All PayPal payments must be fully authorized and successfully processed before we initiate order fulfillment, product packaging, and shipping procedures. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any order if the PayPal payment is pending, unauthorized, failed, reversed, or suspected of fraudulent behavior.

2. Payment Currency & Exchange Rate

All product prices displayed on the Site are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). When customers complete payments via PayPal using other currencies, the currency conversion will be automatically processed by PayPal’s official system in accordance with PayPal’s real-time transaction exchange rate.

PayPal’s exchange rate includes relevant currency conversion fees and service charges formulated by PayPal. ZKZOOK does not control PayPal’s exchange rate rules and will not bear any currency conversion losses, handling fees, or additional charges incurred during the payment process. All conversion costs shall be borne by the customer.

3. Transaction Fees

Standard PayPal transaction fees, international transaction fees, cross-border processing fees, and related service charges generated during payment shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified in official promotional activities.

In cases of order refunds, returns, cancellations, or payment disputes, the original PayPal transaction fees and currency conversion fees arenon-refundable. Only the actual product payment amount will be refunded in accordance with our return and refund rules.

4. Payment Verification & Security Review

To ensure transaction security and prevent fraudulent transactions, ZKZOOK reserves the right to conduct manual verification on all PayPal orders, especially cross-border orders, high-value orders, and abnormal transaction orders.

During the verification process, we may require customers to provide valid identity certificates, PayPal payment screenshots, order confirmation information, or shipping address verification documents. Orders that fail security verification, have inconsistent payer information and order information, or involve suspicious risk behaviors will be suspended or cancelled directly.

We will not store your PayPal account password, complete bank card information, or other sensitive payment data. All payment processes are fully encrypted and processed securely by PayPal’s official system.

5. Pending & Failed Payments

If your PayPal payment status shows pending, processing, or eCheque pending, your order will be placed on hold until the payment is fully cleared and confirmed by PayPal system. We will not arrange shipment during the pending period.

Payments that fail due to insufficient balance, account restrictions, network exceptions, bank rejection, or PayPal system failures will result in automatic order cancellation. Customers need to re-place the order and complete valid payment to confirm the purchase.

6. Refund Rules for PayPal Orders

All eligible refunds will be returned to the original PayPal payment account via the original payment channel in accordance with our official return and refund policy.

The arrival time of refunds is determined by PayPal’s official processing rules, usually within 7–10 business days. ZKZOOK is not responsible for refund delays caused by PayPal system processing, bank interception, account restrictions, or other third-party factors.

As stipulated above, all PayPal handling fees, cross-border service fees, and currency conversion fees generated by the original transaction are non-refundable. Refund amount is subject to the actual product payment amount received by our store.

7. Dispute & Chargeback Handling

If customers initiate PayPal disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals without valid reasons or in violation of our store policies, ZKZOOK reserves the right to provide complete order evidence (including payment records, order information, shipping records, and customer communication records) to PayPal for official appeal.

For malicious chargebacks, false disputes, and invalid refund applications, we will firmly defend our legitimate rights and interests. Customers who initiate improper disputes will be recorded in our risk system, and we reserve the right to refuse subsequent orders and services.

Before initiating a PayPal dispute or chargeback, customers shall first contact our customer service team via official email to solve order problems. We support friendly negotiation and after-sales solution coordination for all reasonable after-sales demands.

8. Prohibited Payment Behaviors

Customers are prohibited from using PayPal accounts with abnormal risks, stolen accounts, fake accounts, or third-party entrusted payment accounts for transactions. Any illegal, fraudulent, speculative, or malicious arbitrage payment behavior is strictly prohibited.

Once illegal or abnormal payment behaviors are found, we have the right to cancel orders, freeze transaction funds, refuse delivery, and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibilities and report to PayPal official platform.

9. Policy Updates & Revisions

ZKZOOK reserves the right to update, modify, and adjust this PayPal Payment Policy according to business development, platform rules, and legal requirements. The updated policy will be published on the Site with the latest effective date. Your continued use of PayPal payment services on our Site after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy terms.
