Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are additional and will be displayed at checkout.

Product availability is not guaranteed; we may discontinue or limit Products at any time.

5. Order Placement & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including inventory shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

An order is confirmed and binding only when we send you an order confirmation email. We will notify you if we cannot fulfill your order.

You agree to provide accurate shipping and billing information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

6. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed on the Site.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount (including taxes and shipping) at the time of order confirmation.

All payments are processed securely; we do not store full payment card details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed Products in original packaging with tags attached.

Final sale items (marked “Final Sale”) are not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, contact us at helpu@zkzook.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned Products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, product descriptions, etc.) is the exclusive property of ZKZOOK and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Site content without our prior written consent.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
